CasKeny Fragrances creates high-quality, inspired scents for fragrance enthusiasts. While our products are designed to evoke the essence of popular designer fragrances, wedo not use their formulas and are not affiliatedwith any designer brands or manufacturers. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any brand names are usedsolely for comparison purposesto help customers understand fragrance profiles. We comply with theFederal Trade Commission's Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Day 1 begins the day after your order is received. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, but we cannot guarantee faster processing.
Business Days Defined: A business day is any day Monday through Friday that is not a federal holiday. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not business days.
Example: If you place an order on Friday, it will likely not ship until Monday.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Shipping Carriers: Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for customs fees and duties; these are not included in shipping costs.
Accurate Addresses: Please provide the correct shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for return and redelivery fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages: CasKeny is not responsible for packages marked delivered to the address provided. Tracking information will be provided to help with carrier inquiries.
Expedited Shipping: Speeds up delivery after processing, but does not reduce processing time
- All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased products.
- Cancellations or changes can be made before your order ships. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
- Damaged, defective, or missing items: Email with photos of the product and packaging.
- Store credit may be issued for eligible returns of regularly priced items within 14 days of delivery. Promotional items and coupon purchases are final sale.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
